On September 8, the volunteer medical team of Fuzhou CCC&TSPM provided a free clinic to 273 villagers in Bandong, the worst-hit Minqing area stricken by Typhoon Nepartak last July. The 18 medical staff also donated drugs and medical equipments worth 1000 yuan to the locals, bringing Christ's love and care to the affected victims.

Pastor Huang of Minqing Church tells CCD that the church is ongoing reconstruction and repair and currently, the first batch of severely affected believers have received financial aid worth 2000 yuan for each person. "The believers' states have resumed a lot."

On July 19, heavy rainfalls battered 16 villages and towns of Minqing that was affected by Typhoon Nepartak. All the 12 villages in Bandong County of Minqing were submerged by the flood due to the flat terrain. Two believers died and many believers lost their houses with serious property damage, some were even left homeless. The older building of Fuyuan Church collapsed in the disaster.
