Recently the Amity Development Center for Children initiates a project that provides free lunches for 100 poor children with autism.

After enough project fund is raised, a lunch that consists dish, soup and snacks will be supplied to them. Feedbacks regarding the use of project fund and the effect of their rehabilitation training will be given.

Autism in children is a neuro-developmental disorder, whose cause is still unknown, according to the Amity Foundation. There is no effective treatment for this disease and children suffering from autism can only fit into the world through rehabilitation.

Founded in 2008, the Amity Children's Centre offers professional evaluation, rehabilitation resources, early education and social adaptability service to children with autism, hypoevolutism, and mental retardation. In addition, training programs and group activities are conducted for their parents.
