The Bible may not give us any specific instructions regarding what and how a church should look like, therefore, no one could really claim what they say and termed as "biblical" church. This statement may be familiar to anyone but in fact, the Bible has something to say about church.

A biblical church involves two or more people gathering together in the name of Jesus

"For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them" (Matthew 18:20).  Church is a place where believers come together, in the name of Jesus Christ. To gather for Jesus means they publicly worship, serve and help others to love and adore Jesus.

A biblical church commemorate Lord's supper

"For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, 'This is my body which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.' In the same way also he took the cup, after supper, saying, 'This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.' For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes." ( 1 Corinthians 11:23-26)

Jesus reminded his apostles to regularly come together and remember his death. This command is not optional for any Christians. The Lord's supper is an event for the community in which the people publicly proclaims the sacrifice of Christ.

A biblical church sings songs of praise together.

"And do not get drunk with wine, for that is debauchery, but be filled with the Spirit, addressing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody to the Lord with your heart, giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ." ( Ephesians 5:18-21)

According to this Bible verse, we are to be filed with the Spirit and make melodies in our hearts to the Lord. We also need to address each other with spiritual songs, psalms and hymns.
