Dongying Dorcas Volunteer of Shandong, a social service organization founded in last August, gave 2,000 yuan to aid two twin brothers who have been recently admitted into a good local high school on August 4, 2017.  They are from a family of four supported by a young mother.

Committed to "doing good and helping the poor", the volunteer team works to provide care and aid to children, the elderly, poor families, families with serious health problems, the disabled, orphaned, and widowed people.

Recently the organization stated on the WeChat account of Sheng'an Church that it will launch a series of charitable campaigns to visit nursing homes and help families in need who fail to meet China's poverty relief standard. It plans to care for sanitation workers this August.
