94-Year-Old Sister Strengthens Her Faith with Handwritten Verses

On Jan 24, a 94-year-old sister came to the church as usual, asking Elder Lin from Shangrao Church in Jiangxi Province for 'enlarged' Bible verses.
It all started with a church procedure called 'reciting the Apostle's Creed.' The Elder was asked to write it down so the sister could learn it at home.
From then on, this sister kept asking Elder Lin for 'enlarged' Bible verses.
This sister has learned the first 13 verses of 'the Apostle's Creed' by heart this way with 2-3 verses each time.
According to Lin, this sister has believed in God for over 50 years and was among the first believers in Shangrao. Despite her age, God keeps her very healthy. She attends the service regularly except for cold winter days. She's currently living with her son and cooks for herself when her son is not home.
What concerns her most now is how to bring her children and grandchildren to God. She often invites brothers and sisters of the church to pray for her son and daughter so that they would attend church and be close to God.
There was another 96-year-old believer recently converted in Shaorao, according to Lin. This sister also loves God very much and would ask Elder Lin,
"I don't know what purpose God has for keeping me so long," it is seeking hearts like this that touch the Elder greatly.
