While China's consumers are still reportedly recovering from their shopping mania on Singles Day; the country's equibalent of Black Friday and considered as the world's largest shopping spree, Amazon China is quietly bringing the real Black Friday to the country as the famous Thanksgiving celebration falls on Thursday this week, November 23.

Many of the Chinese shoppers may not be aware but the American giant e-commerce has been running the Chinese version of the Black Friday since 2014. The 72-hour campaign comes just less than two weeks after Singles Day. It also aims to captivate the increasing appetite of China for more imported products.

With several discounts on overseas brands, Amazon Prime members are entitled for unlimited domestic and international free shipping.

According to a report, this year will mark the biggest Amazon China's Black Friday by the number of products available for sale as the company claimed. On the Amazon China's list of "must-buy" items are some of the famous and favorites of China's rising middle class like UGG's classic cuff tall boots, Bose's noise-canceling headphones, Phillips's electric toothbrush and Sam Edelma's over-the-knee boots.

Despite the fact that Amazon dominates Wester countries, it has yet to crack the Chinese market. According to US Department of Commerce and iResearch, Amazon holds less than one percent of China's B2C e-commerce market last year.
