Chinese fans have started to protest against  jewelry brand J. Estina recent controversy which involves "Descendants of the Sun" actress Song Hye Kyo.

In a previous report, the jewelry brand has made a public statement regarding the despute involving Korean star Song.

On April 28, J.Estina said "The company has a lot of influence on the economy and Hallyu content, and we respect all the productions, actors, and businesses that work for those goals. Though we have little influence, we'll do our best for the progress of Hallyu."

"We will no longer dispute our former brand model Song Hye Kyo's claims of image infringement in the media. We apologize for causing worry. We will promptly exchange sides with the other party and resolve this," the jewelry brand added in a statement.

It was known that the brand had revealed a contract they had with the famous Korean drama "Descendants of the Sun" which allows them to use the image for advertisement purposes. However, the famous Korean drama management said "In the case that the brand decides to use images and video clips of the actress outside of the drama, they should request permission from the actress." 

With the issue, fans of the hit Korean drama have made a statement on social media a protest against the jewelry brand stating "Apologize to Song Hye Kyo" and "Get out of China."
