How to Fight Depression according to these 3 Bible Verses

Depression attacks anyone. But it does not mean we won't do our best to avoid and heal it.

The Bible offers us verses to enlighten us in order to fight it. With the Scripture, we find encouragement to look at the positive and godly side rather than focusing on the negative side.

Philippians 4:8
"Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things."

It says here that we should look on the brighter things and not think of anything about negative and unwell. Be positive!

Psalm 34:17
"The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles."

With this Bible Verse, we know that God will always deliver us from any negative situations. If you feel depressed right now, pray!

1 Peter 5:6-7
"Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."

God cares for us in every way and He will not let us suffer in full sadness and depression.
