Henan Jiaodong Church Holds “Happy Family Camp ”in Religious Charity Week

To participate constructively in the activity "Religious Charity Week", Jiaodong Church, in the city of Jiaozuo in Henan, held a three-day free training "Happy Family Camp" from Sept. 22 to Sept. 24. It attracted over 40 couples.
According to the official website of Henan Christianity, Presbyter Zhenghe, Dean of Management Committee in Tian'en Church was invited to be the guest speaker. In the three days Li shared in these themes "The viewpoint of marriage in Bible", "How to mend the wound in marriage", "How to be a good man or woman" and "How to be a good father or mother".
Besides the lecture sharing, there were many interactions between couples in this training program. It includes hugging each other, pouring one's heart to the other mutually, writing a letter to the other and children, saying out the other's ten merits, recalling what the other has moved you most, husband sending flowers to wife and washing wife's feet, during which many trainees moved with tears.
In the afternoon of the last day, Presbyter Fuxi Wang, Dean of Management Committee in Jiaozuo Church, attended the commencement and spoke that providing the free "Happy Family Camp" is an important way to preach the gospel, carry forward traditional culture, and reduce psychological stress.
On Sept. 26, Chengxiang Chuch, in the city of Xiaoshan in Zhejiang province, invited Pastor Fengsheng Chen to share the principles of God's will in marriage and 69 couples attended, most of whom have married for over 40 years.
