153 people are baptized in the 50th Christening of Shanghai Hu’Xi Church and its branch, Jun 18th.
Shared in the sermon delivered by Pastor Yu Guangzhi, Pastor of Hu’Xi Church, Christians receive baptism of both water and the Holy Spirit. Both Immersion and Sprinkling are conducted in the said baptism ceremony.
Totally 153 people are baptized this time, with 131 baptized in church and 22 at home.
Hu'Xi Church of Shanghai (Hu'xi Li Bai Tang) is located in the west of Shanghai, Changning Rd, close to Zunyi Rd, Changning District. It was built in 1919, by Sweden missionaries.
