Built in October 2005, the traditional Chinese style church -- Litiaozhuang Church is located in the southwest portion of Laiwu, a prefecture-level city in central Shandong Province, China. It covers over 900 square meters with about 1000 members.

It was completed under difficult conditions in which there were no professional construction members working in the area, no drawn designs for the church or construction/design money.

The major structure of the church is made from stones and the wall has the "Great Wall" brick style. The local special multicolored stones decorated the dado and ground while wooden structures form the interior of the church.

It is also called as a "garden church". In the yard, colored seedling trees "planted" had several Chinese characters in them, including "Yimaneili" (Immanuel) and "Zhuneipingan" (Peace in the Lord). They mean 'my God of Immanuel, and his granted life and peace be revealed on everyone'.
