As the Christmas approaches, the church of Liushi City in Wenzhou begins preparing for Christmas. The church issued its 2016 Christmas theme on Oct 17 - The life of Christ, inviting people to pray for the Christmas.
The church emphasized that Jesus is the main character of Christmas. His grace is the cause of celebrating Christmas. All the programs of the church are aimed to celebrate and glorify Jesus no matter what form they take. This year, the church will present the unparalleled life of Jesus from a new and unique angle.
In this Christmas performance, apostles and early saints will tell the life story of Jesus by sharing their vision. The Jewish dancing and songs will reproduce scenes of the Christian era. After the performance, there is going to be the preaching of the gospel, reflecting the updates on the church. At last the solemn ceremony of worshipping God will show the great moment when Jesus comes again.
Christian Church of Liushi, Wenzhou City, is one of the mega Churches in mainland China. The building of the church was completed in January 2013. The church can hold 5,000 people at the same time. The theme of its 2015 Christmas performance is Global Christmas.
