Anxiety strikes us from all sides. Whether it is from work, at home or at school, a stressful environment causes us to feel tired, unsettled, depressed and afraid of the future. So, how do we stop the effects of anxiety? Read the Holy Bible.

We must always turn into the One who controls all the things. We must hold onto His promises as He delivers them right in front of our eyes. When we struggle to keep the pieces together, He will be there to help us out. Now, here are the Bible Verses of God's provision amidst anxiety:

1. Philippians 4:6. We don't have to be anxious when we can freely talk with God about our needs.

How long will we not recognize that God is truly an amazing God that cares for each one of us? When we have stress and problems in life, sharing it to the One who knows how to handle it perfectly is better than doing everything alone or doing it with the wrong persons.

2. Romans 12:2.Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Stress is present in life. We cannot just deny that along with happiness in our lives, there are also problems coming in our way. But, we just need to focus on the things that will glorify the name of the Lord. We need to remind ourselves that God will not give us problems without solutions. We need to keep in mind that everything truly has a reason.

3.John 14:27. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

God reminds us to trust Him. Why worry when we have a God who is powerful, who is with us?
