From May 20 to 25, 2018, Beijing Yanqing Church held the third "Bible Reading Week" campaign. The reading content covered 13 books of the Old Testament and the whole New Testament and. The reading time was from 8 a.m. to 22:00 p.m, except two hours in between for rest. Each participant was required to read three chapters.

Sister Wang who attended the full reading during the daytime said she felt very good. She said, "The biggest lesson for me is that I have known many new words. Moreover, I read the chapters I used to skip... Many elderly believers were so seriously prepared that they were nervous at the lectern and some even trembled."

She added that a few senior Christians hardly read through the Bible, but could finish reading the whole Bible through the reading campaign. Some believers almost read the entire Bible after joining in the campaigns for three years.

The first Bible reading event was held on Nov 1 to 4, 2016, and the second on May 21 to 26, 2017. The contents covered the entire Bible. Sister Xie Xiaoyu who attended the first two reading campaigns was amazed at that it took people, from seniors at 80 to young people in their early 20s, just ten days to read through the Bible.
