During the Spring Festival, the Joy & Candlelight  Fellowship of Beijing Chongwenmen Church paid several visits to eight sick members in February, 2016.

On February 2, the fellowship visited a seriously ill senior brother and prayed for him, hoping that he can commit his health to the Lord through prayers, according to the church's online official platform.

On February 5, the fellowship visited a brother who suffers from ALS. The members recommended him the Bible reading plan and sent red scarfs as gifts to his family. Meanwhile, the visitors were moved by his strong will. The same day they visited Ms. Chen who just had an operation and Mr. Cheng Hao who is undergoing chemotherapy in the hospital and sent them fruits. The visitors sang the famous song We Will Love(We Can Make a Difference) to Chen, which really moved her.

It is worth mentioning that on February 15, the members visited Chunman and Xinman who sit in the wheels. The two sisters can only read the Bible, pray and watch live worship on the Internet at home due to their disability. Their fellowship with other believers only relies on calls and others' visits.

Members of the Joy & Candlelight fellowship mostly recover from cancer. They hope to help patients go through the most difficult treatment process and learn how to rely on faith to have inner peace and hope of the eternal life with their own personal illness experience and faith journeys.
