On April 25, Pastor Huang Kegang, Chairman of the Changsha Municipal People ’s Congress and Chairman of the Changsha CC&TSPM, paid a visit to poor households and families with mental disabilities in Sanxianling, Yuhua District.
During his visit, Huang Kegang chatted with the people who were in difficult circumstances. He asked them in detail about their health, living conditions and needs. He shared with them more than 200 pieces of clothing including pants that could bew worn at any time of the year. He encouraged them to develop confidence, to take care of themselves and face life with a positive attitude.
