A village church in Fujian has just completed the reconstruction of the main structure.
After the project was completed on November 16, after nearly a year and three months’ construction, the building of Wenshu Church in Daji Town, Xianyou County, Putian City, Fujian Province, now has a floor area of 600 square meters (0.148 acres), and a constructed area of 3,000 square meters (0.74 acres).
Approved by the county ethnic and religious affairs bureau for reconstruction on July 22, 2020, the church initiated the demolition at the end of July. In September of that year, the church design plan drawings were approved by all the believers, and then the work started.
During the building period, the church reported the progress and cost settlement to the believers on its official WeChat account, encouraging them to pray for the construction every day.
