To implement the standardized management of religious personnel, new clergy certificates were presented to pastors and elders in China’s southwestern Yunnan Province.

Carried out beginning November 1, 2021, the work of the replacement of the certificates in Yunnan is expected to be completed before June 30, CCC&TSPM reported.

In the certificate award ceremony held on May 20 in Kunming, Rev. Yu Wenliang, chairman of Yunnan Provincial TSPM, pointed out that 514 certificates had been distributed in accordance with the principle of "reported respectively, each person has a certificate with a unique number". The archives management was regulated covering all the pastoral staff, including the specialized file management for pastors, he added.
