On Sunday, a report from the Associated Press reported that hackers have released more upcoming episodes of some of HBO's top shows.

Some of the unaired episodes released included the show "Curb Your Enthusiasm", which is not due for release in October, "Insecure, "The Deuce" and "Ballers".

HBO has released a statement on Sunday following the leak and said "not in communication with the hacker, and we're not going to comment every time a new piece of informatin is released."

The e-mailed statement quoted by Associated Press also said, "It has been widely reported that there was a cyber incident at HBO. The hacker may continue to drop bits and pieces of stolen information in an attempt to generate media attention. That's a game we're not going to participate in."

Earlier this summer, HBO has acknowledged that there has been a breach in their system and that the hackers have been leaking the materials online and would only stop after HBO pays a multi-million dollar ransom.

It is also noted by the report that the latest leak done by the hackers did not include the newest episode for "Game of Thrones."

The hacking incident places HBO's main company at an unsteady ground as it is currently waiting for the approval from the regulatory bodies to sell Time Warner to AT&T which was announced last October.
