Love Yourself: Tear and the video for "Fake Love" come eight months to the day after the release of BTS' record-breaking Love Yourself: Her, which became the first album from a K-pop group to hit the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 last year.

In addition, just within a span of an hour the official release for the music video of "Fake Love" on Youtube, has racked up over a million views. On the other hand, the album Love yourself: Tear, which contains 11 tracks, has also been receiving quite an impression.

As a refresher, BTS' previous album "Love Yourself: Her" reached No 7 on the Billboard 200 chart last November.

The group's 'Mic Drop remix' with Steve Aoki and Desiigner was its first song to crack the Top 40 of the Hot 100, peaking at No 28. Moreover, 'Mic Drop remix' and 'DNA' have both been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America.
