On March 15, 2017, the Wenzhou Bethesda Gospel Medical Team and a local hospital offered a free medical clinic in Jesus Church located in Aojiang Town, Pingyang County. More than 200 people including some non-Christians were serviced by the medical clinic.
The service covered consultations on internal medicine, stomatology, gynecology and acupuncture.
It's said that the ministry, which was founded in 2010, provides medical service to ethnic minorities living in the border between China and Burma. It was registered as a private non-enterprise unit in January, 2017.
