China is now making an effort to make it easier for students with disabilities in order to assist them while taking college admission tests, known as the "gaokao."

In a regulation issued by China's Ministry of Education and China Disabled Person's Federation Friday, those students who are visually impaired will be given access to large-font or braille exam papers.

Students who have hearing impairments are exempted to some foreign language listening exams and have more time to complete the tests.

Those students can get the access by submitting supporting documents and proving about their disabilities.
