During the period of 8th to 12th August, Xia‘men CCCTSPM organizes a 5-day worship camp to facilitate the growth of worship ministry and improve the calibre of members who are involved in the worship ministry.

According to the organizing committee, the training session comprises various learning points through special workshops that teach basic music theories, choir conducting, vocal training, piano skills and choir singing. All classes are taught by experienced teachers who are both gifted in music skills and anointed in their service in the worship ministry.

Xia'men is the second city after Guangzhou through which Christianity first entered the mainland China. Upon Christianity's establishment in Xia'men, Christian music was soon introduced to locals in Xiamen and began to flourish gradually over the decade. In November 2010, Trinity Church of Xia'men organized a special worship convention in Zu'shu Church. Moreover, Xiamen Choir was invited by the Media Evangelism Hong Kong Limited to lead worship during "Landing on the Noah's Ark- Witnessing Conference 2010". In November 2011, Xiamen Christian Association has indeed organized the first worship camp comprising classes such as vocal training, choir, choir conducting and worship playing, which engaged with more than 1000 church members through the camp.
