Churches in Zhejiang, Fujian, and Guangdong issued notices to arrange for memorial services on the upcoming Qingming Festival.

Quannan and Fuqiao churches in Quanzhou, Fujian Province said that the pastoral representatives of the local churches will conduct collective memorial services for the deceased believers, relatives and friends, and lay flowers and wreaths in their memory on this year's Tomb Sweeping Day that falls on April 4, as local Christian cemeteries have not yet opened due to COVID-19.

Luoyuan Church in Fuzhou, Fujian, has released the memorial service process to its believers, helping them pay their respect to the deceased relatives and friends in Christian style.

Chancheng District Church in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, announced that believers could carry out memorial activities such as tomb sweeping by themselves, as it would not result in mass activities.

Sicheng Church in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, will suspend tomb-sweeping activities during that special day.
