A Jiangsu church in Zhangjiagang City was opened for nucleic acid testing as the local COVID-19 cases begin to mount.

On February 18, pastoral staff and believers of Yangshelao Church in Zhangjiagang, Suzhou, Jiangsu, were engaged in volunteer services, such as registering and maintaining the order at the scene, Suzhou CC&TSPM reported.

All churches in the city are in lockdown following the guidelines of higher authorities.

In the first 15 hours of February 21, Suzhou City detected six new coronavirus cases and two asymptomatic cases, with 53 medium-risk areas, according to Xinhua News Agency.
