On November 3, 2018, Yuguang Street Church in Dalian, Liaoning province's capital, held a street celebration to mark its 90th anniversary and Thanksgiving service in gratitude for the harvest.

After arriving at the church early in the morning, the congregation read the Bible, prayed, and praised and worshiped together.

Elder Shi Aijun, chairman of the Liaoning TSPM and president of Northeast China Theological Seminary, shared the message of humility, repentance, confession, and giving thanks to the Lord.

Choirs and fellowships gave performances including dances, choruses, recitation, plays, and instrumental ensembles. The Protestant church was built in 1928 by the church of England.
