Korean Drama 'Goblin' Has Captured Asian Audiences

The popular South Korean drama series "Goblin" has undoubtedly captured the heart of many viewers not just domestically but across the Asian continent.

The drama series featured famous South Korean actors Gong Yoo as the goblin, Lee Dong Wook as the grim reaper, Kim Go Eun as Ji Eun Tak and the goblin's bride and Yoo In Na as the young queen's reincarnation Sunny.

The tvN drama series has also exceedingly performed great in ratings.  "Goblin" reportedly beat out the record of "Reply 1988" with 18.8 percent ratings.

The "Goblin" is the latest project of critically acclaimed writer Kim Eun Sook who wrote the mega-hit TV series "The Heirs" and "Descendants of the Sun."
