The Daqing Christian Bible Training Center held an orientation service for the first volunteer workers attending the training class last February 28.
Pastor Xue Shihai, Executive Vice Chairman of Heilongjiang Christian Three-Self Patriotic Movement Committee, gave a sermon entitled "The Practice of Spiritual Leaders." He urged fellow workers to learn the three great missions by heart: spreading the Gospel, establishing churches, and shepherding the flock.
Pastor Liu Yang, president of the training center, presided over the opening ceremony, and Li Fumin, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Ethic and Religious Affairs of Daqing, gave a speech.
The center received the approval of the Bureau of Ethic and Religious Affairs of Daqing in May 2016 and it is located in Daqing Panshi Church.
