The youth fellowship of the Nangang Church of Harbin will celebrate its 20th founding anniversary on April 21, 2017. The fellowship issued invitations to former members who served in the team, hoping that they can join in the anniversary celebration.

Founded in 1997 by Rev. Li Meilan, the church's senior pastor, it has grown into a fellowship of more than 600 people with a ministry team consisting of over 80 members from an initial congregation of a dozen people. The fellowship has walked into society and rural areas and served the unreached as part of its mission.
