It is not always sunny, sometimes we experience storms in our lives. Though we have our own problems, it is also great to encourage others who are struggling with their own problems. The plan of God with our lives is that we have life and joy to the fullest. When we are feeling run down, losing hope and feeling overwhelmed, the Bible gives us lifting statements from God to uplift our spirits and gives us fresh start.

The Bible verses about encouragement below provide strength and inspiration to cope up with different challenges in life.

"Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing" (1 Thessalonians 5:11)

When we are feeling down, we are not alone. Some people are going through their own struggles. That is why this statement: "Be kind to others, you do not know what they are going through" is true. Instead of judging others, it is better to uplift those people using kind words.

"But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." (Isaiah 40:31)

Always remember that with God, everything will be okay. Even when problems disappoints us and gives us reasons to be sad, God always prepares better things for us. We need to find strength to God and not with any other else. Only God can give us more hope to carry on with our lives. In return, God uses instruments like our family and friends to encourage us.

"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze." (Isaiah 43:2)

Like mentioned above, God will never leave us. He will lead us to the way of happiness and joy. When we think that we are all alone and helpless, close your eyes and put your hands together to pray. God hears our deepest prayers.
