The day has finally arrived for the die-hards, the Westerosis, the people of the North, Lannisters and Targaryens, and yes, as the late Ned Stark would say, Winter has come.

After almost a year of waiting, the top rating TV show 'Game of Thrones' has finally set its flag for yet another start of an epic adventure that is most likely, gasp worthy in every single episode.

The action-packed television series has been one of HBO's greatest TV series, from the day it started airing until now that it is nearing its end.

Fans from all over the world, held on to their seats while anxiously waiting for the theme song to play on television.

The fact that it is feels a million times better while watching the show is a different thing.

Is it really worth watching?

To be perfectly honest, aside from the extensive amount of graphic sexual representation, the show is worth watching.  But of course, the fact that in the first few season, scenes that portrays a lot of sexual scenes may not be appropriate to younger audience and to people who are on the conservative side.

The good in Game of Thrones

Aside from the awesome cinematography and goosebumps worthy, the plot of Game of Thrones is really something.

It's not like any other television series that you get to watch every day.  You get to love and hate each character.  The World of 'Game of Thrones' is also breathtaking.  In fact, it is too beautiful that it seems so real and it actually feels real as you watch the scenes.

The action scenes are jawdropping that it will make you want to grit your teeth as if you are stepping in the lives of each character and experiencing everything around them. This holds true when your favorite character is fighting his or her battles.

What's also good is that the story it makes you think, like literally think hard on how other things are possible to happen.

The fact that the show is unpredictable puts you on edge every single time.  You never know who's going to survive in the end.

The bad in 'Game of Thrones'

It takes almost a year for the series to finally update.  Unlike other TV series, the weather - winter, for instance - does play a huge part in the series.

The nudity is sometimes unbearable, which may cause viewers to skip the scene entirely even if it features a confrontation of certain characters or needed in the scene.

The violence is absurd and can trigger the angry part in your brain that will make you want to smash something.

Your favorite character often dies. In this series, no one is safe.  No one, even the person whom you thing is the main character will eventually die.  Totally unpredictable.

Spoilers are everywhere to the point watching the next episode would be a chore as others have already spoiled the story online.

Regardless of whether it is good or bad, the series is just as beautiful as its world.  It may not be for everybody; but it actually serves as a happy pill for someone who is having a really bad day.
