Kunshan Church held a bazaar in its courtyard on September 23, 2017.
The event was started with a band performance at 8:30 am. Half an hour later, Rev. Zhang prayed for the bazaar. She gave thanks to God for His creation of the world which people destroyed and harmed. She appealed to the congregation to protect nature and raise environmental awareness.
The sale featured books, toys, and used clothes all donated by church members. About 80% of the goods were sold for 11,550 yuan. The fund would be donated to the charity fund of Christianity in Kunshan.
Forty-six volunteers served in the activity and each of them understood the meaning of low carbon and environmental protection and learned to care about and share with others.
