On September 16, 2017, Longnan's newest church in the Wudu District, Anhua Church, was officially dedicated with about 1,000 people in attendance for the ceremony.

A two-hour thanksgiving worship and praise meeting were held after.

The former church had five rooms with civil structural wooden frame and a seating capacity around 200.  However, it was heavily damaged during the 2008 Sichuan earthquake and could not hold the increasing attendance. The congregation decided to construct a new church after the Chinese New Year of 2016. The construction kicked off on January 25, 2016, and was completed that October, costing 1.4 million yuan and leaving a debt of 750,000 yuan. 2,391 believers joined in the construction and all the daily necessities used during that period were donated by the congregation.

The three-story church covers an area of 600 square meters (0.148 acres) with a construction area of 960 square meters (0.237 acres). It can take in more than 500 people with an auxiliary project of over 100 square meters (0.024 acres).
