On October 12, 2017, the deaf fellowship of Liaoning Wafangdian Church held its first gathering. The fellowship was founded last September.

Two female workers from Shenyang Wanfang Church for the Deaf presided over the gathering. The members worshiped God in sign language, guided by three sisters. Sister Wang from Wanfang Church delivered a sermon titled "The Gospel of God's Grace", citing Matthew, Mark and Acts. After the service, Teacher Jiang led the members to visit the church, including the Sunday school and intercessory prayer room.

Its regular gatherings are conducted every Thursday and Sunday afternoons.
