South Korean Rapper Psy Cheers on BTS for American Music Awards Appearance

South Korean famous rapper Psy cheered on BTS for their upcoming appearance at the "American Music Awards."

It can be recalled that Psy performed his global hit track "Gangnam Style" in 2012 at the AMA's. This time, the rapper cheered on BTS on the future performance of the famous idol group on the awards show by posting on his Instagram account.

He said "#tbt2012 #momentumofPSY @amas #5yrslater #BTSturn #proudofthem @bts.bighitofficial," along with a video of his previous performance on the awards show.

BTS will be taking the stage at American Music Awards on November 19 along with Hollywood stars like Selena Gomez, Christina Aguilera and Diana Ross.

Meanwhile, BTS' "Love Yourself:Her" recorded 1.37 million sales on Gaon chart.

On November 9, Gaon Chart release information of the sales of the albums and it showed that the famous boy group sold 173,382 albums in October which adds to a total of 1,376,915 copies sold since its release on September 18. This means that the boy group set a new record as the highest selling album in the history of Gaon.

Aside from their appearance in AMA's, BTS will soon be appearing on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," will make their U.S. TV debut and also appear on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
