According to a source source from "While You Were Sleeping" it states that, "With so much support from the viewers, here we are, already in the final week of the drama. Stay tuned to the final episodes to find out what happens to Hong Joo (Suzy)."

What made 'While You Were Sleeping' a hit drama?

For those who are unaware of the series, 'While You Were Sleeping' is the newest drama starring Lee Jong Suk and Suzy.

According to a blog post from Lee Ann-Chen, 'While You Were Sleeping' is not the first K-drama to deal with seeing the future, or changing timelines but what makes this drama special is the interesting non-linear timeline of the episode.

For starters, the set of events do not just happen chronologically. Instead, it occurs through an interesting mix of dreams and reality to allow viewers to see what will happen, what does happen, and how what happened can change. The blur between reality and dreams is seamless, but it's so well executed that viewers don't get lost.

On October 23, Good Data Corporation revealed that SBS's "While You Were Sleeping" came in No. 1 for the fourth week in a row with 15.7 percent of the buzz.

The drama series "While You Were Sleeping" tells the story of a reporter who can predict unfortunate events through her dreams and a prosecutor who struggles to stop those dreams from coming true. The gripping plot of the K-drama has been very effective towards its viewers.

On the other hand, SBS's "Degree of Love" came in second place, KBS2's "Go Back Couple" received third place, KBS2's "My Golden Life" got fourth place, and KBS2's "Mad Dog" came in fifth place respectively.

Good Data Corporation determines buzzworthy rankings based on data compiled from netizen responses on news, blogs, community sites, social media, and more every week.
