A report revealed that Luhan has been officially banned from entering vicinity of Taiwan for the span of five years.

Various media outlets have confirmed that Luhan had previously gotten into hot waters after he filmed for the Chinese variety show "Back to School" in Taiwan using his tourist visa. A tourist visa is prohibited an individual which has it to work in the visiting country.

According to the reports, Taiwan's immigration office said, "Luhan's action of filming after entering with a tourist visa is subject to regulation. Luhan cannot enter Taiwan with a tourist visa for five years now. However, he can apply for a work visa after two years have passed."

"Back To School" is a Chinese version of the Korean variety show "Off To School."  Along with Luhan, 10 staff members and 8 cast members have also received same penalty for working under a tourist visa. The show has already apologized for their mistake and has counted it as a lack of experience and foresight.

"Back To School" is scheduled to air in China by June.
