Things will not go well when you mess up with a K-Pop fandom.

This statement was proven when the much-loved Korean group EXO's fans, particularly EXO-L's angry about the recent concert of the Korean boy group in Shanghai.

EXO-L's indignation was not really directed towards EXO but rather to the concert's organizers on an expected concert which was supposed to be held from 7:30 pm to 10:30pm local time on March 27.

The organizers have reportedly promised fans ten songs, a solid 3-hour concert, a variety of performance and most specifically, the presence of EXO member, Lay.

Due to these demands, tickets were reported to be 10,000 yuan or approximately 1,527 USD for front seats and regular tickets were 4,000-6,000 yuan or 615-922 USD.

With all the promised mentioned earlier, fans were reportedly excited to watch all nine members of EXO performing on a three-hour concert. However, fans could not find the exact words to say about their disappointment when the concert ended abruptly before nine o'clock, five songs were performed and Lay is still nowhere to be found as he was said to be busy filming a movie.

Fans protested about the false promise and demanded refund to the organizers, however the organizers blame a third party Chinese ad agency for the said false advertising.

According to various sources, the organizer claimed that "there was a Korean company as well as another Chinese ad agency involved, and the Chinese company was the one who breached the contract."

The organizers further claimed that they did not even know the details of the contract and the representatives from the Chinese ad agency failed to show it.

Meanwhile, the host has assured fans on information for potential refunds will be released.
