Dr. Chen Xin, president of the National Council of YMCAs of China (hereafter referred to as NCY China), received the delegation from the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong.

Hao Zhiqiang, general secretary of NCY China, introduced the basic situation and main work of NCY China on April 22, said China YMCA & YWCA.

The delegation introduced the key work carried out by the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong in recent years, expressing their wishes to enhance understanding, exchange experiences, and explore future opportunities with YMCAs in mainland China.

The NCY China expects to deepen cooperation between both regions' staff and ministries by enhancing mutual understanding and trust between these two organizations’ high-level representatives. They also expressed hopes for establisingh an effective communication mechanism to increase Hong Kong's youth's understanding of China’s national conditions and their recognition and sense of belonging to the motherland, contributing to promoting Hong Kong's better integration into the overall development of the country from the perspective of a civil society organization.
