Inner Mongolian CC&TSPM launched a training course and an ordination ceremony for two pastors and seven elders.
Twenty-one clergies from all districts and banners (counties) of Chifeng participated in the training, in which a speech titled Learn to be a Good Shepherd was given by Rev. David Wang, deputy president and general-secretary of Inner Mongolian CC. Meanwhile, Rev. Meng Ling'en, deputy secretary-general of Inner Mongolian TSPM, shared a lecture on the theme of Christian Worship-Sacrament.
After the training, Rev. Meng officiated the ordination ceremony held at Ping'an Church in Songshan District, Chifeng City. With seven staff workers appointed as elders, Dong Zhengyu was promoted from curate to pastor, while a pastoral co-worker named Zhang Lihua was ordained as a pastor.
