Inner Mongolia held a training session on policies for church staff and an exchange conference on the localization of Christianity.

On August 15, Rev. Meng Ling'en, vice secretary-general of the Inner Mongolia Three-Self Patriotic Movement (TSPM), interpreted the Measures for the Recognition of Professional Qualifications of Christian Clergy in China and the "Administrative Measures for Internet Religious Information Services." Additionally, finance and taxation professionals taught the Financial Management Measures for Religious Activity Sites.

On August 16, a seminar on the sinicization of Christianity was held. Leaders responsible for meeting points shared their understanding, experiences, specific measures, and outcomes of developing Christianity in the Chinese context. An amount of 57,883 yuan was also donated in person for the rare and severe flood disaster in Hebei Province.

The next day, all church staff members held a preaching exchange conference on the localization of Christianity at Dalin Church, with lectures from seven pastors.
