Recently, CCC&TSPM announced the theme of the activities for the 2025 World Day of Prayer (WDP) to be conducted in China to be "Harmonious and Bountiful, Peaceful and Prosperous," saying the event is scheduled to take place on March 7.

The notice also mentioned that the self-made worship program for this year’s WDP, compiled by the Women and Youth Ministry Committee of CCC&TSPM, will be available around March 3.

Citing 1 Kings 17:11, Matthew 5:16, Isaiah 2:4, 1 Samuel 25:6, and Proverbs 31:17, 20, 31, the prayer contents will cover topics including unity within the church to honor God and benefit others, peace and prosperity for the motherland, world peace and harmony, and the active role of Christian women in the flourishing of the Chinese church.

It will be the fourth year that China's TSPM church has observed this global ecumenical movement with its material. According to the official website of WDP, the WDP program 2025 is written by WDP Committee of the Cook Islands, themed "I Made You Wonderful," based on Psalm 139:1-18.

"The 2025 program invites us into the knowledge that each one of us was made with care and love by God. When we can receive this profound truth, everything in our life changes and we begin to radiate and shine from within. We also learn how to treat every other person as made wonderful by God."

The Cook Islands News said on January 27, "The Cook Islands will host the 2025 World Day of Prayer on March 6, at Te Are Karioi/National Auditorium."

"The World Day of Prayer is a global movement led by Christian women from various denominations in over 200 countries who gather in one another’s churches to celebrate, using a worship service prepared by women of a different country each year."

With the aim to care for women and children, the "World Day of Prayer" initiative, founded in 1964, sets the first Friday of March as the World Day of Prayer.
