The Bible.
The Bible.

Like meals, prayer is necessary for a Christians' daily life. The Bible also encourages us to continually pray. Through prayers, there is a bridge of communication between God and us. We present gratitude and praise to God and also share our pain and suffering. God answers our prayers and shows his will to us.

However, if sometimes we are too weak to pray, we can try to seek help through the Bible.

1. Pray with faith.

"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened."- Matthew 7:7-8

2. Pray with hope.

Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know. - Jeremiah 33:3

3. Pray in accordance with God's will.

You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures. - James 4:2-3

4. Pray with honesty.

But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. - Matthew 6:6

5. Pray earnestly.

People of Zion, who live in Jerusalem, you will weep no more. How gracious he will be when you cry for help! As soon as he hears, he will answer you. - Isaiah 30:19

6. Pray in the name of the Lord.

Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete. - John 16:24

7. Pray with love.

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. - James 5:16

8. Pray without fear.

Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.- Matthew 6:8

9. Pray with integrity.

The Lord is far from the wicked,  but he hears the prayer of the righteous. - Proverbs 15:29

10. Pray with obedience.

If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. - John 15:7
