According to the WeChat account “Shijiazhuang Church”, on November 25, 2018, a thirteen-person team from Hebei Catholic Seminary visited the Gospel Church in Shijiazhuang, capital of Hebei province.
The priests and nuns attended the Sunday service.
They said, "Your enthusiasm, openness, and acceptance warmed us and made us feel at home. We felt moved and struck by your worship, choir, sermon, and liturgy. We were amazed at so many elderly people who took notes while listening to sermons."
Both sides discussed current church issues, including marriage and teenage problems, the loss of believers, and how to make believers more hungry for God's word.
