Jilin Church Cooperates with Hospital to Offer Free Clinic

On June 18, 2019, Hongguang Church in Wangqing County, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin province, held a free joint clinic with the local hospital, according to Jilin Christian Council & Three-Self Patriotic Movement. 

In response to the fact that many elderly brothers and sisters in the church suffer from eye diseases, the church also requested free treatment according to China's policy.

In order to achieve better results in the joint clinic, the church's ministry team introduced the country's policy of free treatment of cataracts for the elderly to believers. 

Deacon Xue Baoquan, the temporary head of the church, said that the policies of the country had become better and better in recent years, but many policies were unknown because of inadequate dissemination of information.

Many elderly brothers and sisters with eye diseases were very happy. They waited in the church early and were examined in an orderly manner.
