On March 6, 2020, the Spirituality Department of Zhongnan Theological Seminary celebrated the World Day of Prayer 2020.

On Sunday, March 8, faculty of the churches affiliated with the Christian Council of Hubei in cities near Wuhan celebrated World Day of Prayer with other believers on the online platform of WeChat during the epidemic, according to Hubei Christian Council & Three-Self Patriotic Movement (CC&TSPM).

They prayed together for world peace, for women in Zimbabwe, China and elsewhere in the world. They prayed for China and other countries to which the epidemic has spread. They prayed for front-line medical staff, churches, brothers and sisters, and themselves. Rev. Zhu from Hubei CC sent greetings to female faculty members of various churches in Hubei on behalf of the Council. May God eliminate the plague! May God bless Hubei.
