In order to know the practical needs of brothers and sisters and provide better online shepherding, Suzhou Dushu Lake Church and Suzhou Gongxiang Church posted surveys on WeChat to collect feedback and suggestions. The survey information is confidential and will not be made public.

The questionnaire mainly includes the following: basic personal information, information related to the believer, WeChat time and frequency reading habits, Internet surfing habits, and the type of articles believers prefer to read.

As early as mid-February, when onsite gatherings were suspended for nearly a month, the Shanghai Qingxin Church conducted a questionnaire on online pastoral ministry through WeChat and announced the results of the survey in late February. In the past four online Sunday services, the ratio of men and women attending the service is 3: 7, most of the participants are over 45 years old, and about 70% of the people participated in all or three services. Eighty-five per cent of the people are willing to interact through WeChat.
