On June 14, a church in Hebei Village, Dashitou Town, Dunhua City, Jilin Province organized believers to clean up street garbage.

To prevent the spread of the virus, the Dunhua City Christian Council required primary level sites to clean, sanitize and disinfect building interiors regularly, according to Jilin CC&TSPM. At the same time, all types of rubbish in residual streets around the sites need to be cleaned up.

A church in Hebei Village, Dashitou Town was close to State Road 302, and there were many vehicles passing by. As it was on the edge of the street, and affected by the pandemic, the health conditions were poor. According to government requirements, nearly 50 believers from the church came together to clean up the garbage despite the hot weather.

Sister Chai Yanxia, the head of the church, said that the church should contribute to their own hometown. While educating believers to pay more attention to pandemic prevention, the church should also encourage believers to be salt and light in their jobs.
