From November 3 to 5, the Cao County CC&TSPM in Heze City, Shandong Province held a  training on the Sinicization of Christianity for leaders from 64 church sites in the county.

In the Bo'ai Church, Rev. Tang Li, a member of the Standing Committee of Shandong CC&TSPM, a full-time teacher of Shandong Theological Seminary, and the main leader of the Huangjiajie Church in Jining City, gave a course on "Worship and Music". Combining the worship etiquette of the Israelites in the Old Testament and the worship model of the Jewish people in the New Testament, she taught them how to lead the congregation in worship and how to be a better leader in the church.

Based on 1 Timothy, Pastor Han Yiran advised the leaders that they should be one in the LORD and know they were the shepherds in the church. She also encouraged them to avoid godless chatter and lead the believers in their worship of God.
