The Shanghai CC&TSPM organized 30 local reporters to attend a training conference for improving their news-writing abilities last Friday.

Before the training, Rev. Geng Weizhong said he hoped that young pastoral co-workers could join in the writing ministry with a sense of responsibility and mission, and write high-quality articles by studying hard, thinking more, and connecting theory with practice. He also exhorted them to adhere to the Sinicization of Christianity and write down the stories of Shanghai's Christianity, according to the Shanghai CC&TSPM.

Afterward, Pastor Hao Zhiqiang, the editor-in-chief of the magazine Tianfeng of the CCC&TSPM, gave a lecture on "The Writing and Thinking of Ministry Newsletters under the Framework of China’s Church Media Integration". He shared laws, regulations, and rules related to news dissemination, how to write good news, media resources, submission specifications and precautions, and reflections on ministry of China’s Church Media Integration.

After the meeting, the co-workers visited the Holy Trinity Church in Shanghai and also the Chinese Christian Patriotic Historical Records and Inheritance Exhibition Room.
